Technical expertise

Koyo Elevators & Escalators has a security and safety department dedicated to monitoring and supervising safety and security standards and procedures during installation and maintenance operations. Based on the principle of the company’s commitment to take its leading role towards its society by providing its social and awareness services, the company has contributed to many of the seminars established by the civil defense and has implemented many awareness programs about security and safety to educate the public and our customers on how to use elevators and escalators safely.

Information center

The Koyo Elevator Information Center provides 24 hours of service, and is characterized by its rapid response in emergencies, with an average response time of less than 30 minutes in the main cities of the Kingdom. This center has created a basic database where detailed and historical data is stored for each product of our valued customers. This, of course, helps us quickly deal with any emergency to send the right person immediately to the site concerned and then follow up and monitor the situation on a regular basis. The information center interested in the data of each customer under maintenance is equipped with a special number for each project. Our customers can contact the center 24 hours a day on the toll free number 9200005622 through the bar code number mentioned in the cab of each vehicle.
